Full Support Session

1.5 hours

Whether your pup is on the way, has just arrived, or has been in your home for a while, a full support session provides:

  • Answers to your questions

  • Keys to set-ups, supplies, schedules, and routines.

  • Solutions for potty training, biting, and other puppy challenges.

  • Lessons for foundation training skills.

  • Support to help you integrate your pup into your life and home.

Follow-up Support Sessions

1 hour

Available to any client who has completed an Initial session and whose pup is 6 months and younger. Follow-up sessions provide:

  • Answers to your questions

  • Evaluation of your pup’s progress and development.

  • Plans for safe socialization and exposure protocols - based on your pup’s needs.

  • Expanded learning to help you know and understand your pup.

  • Help to identify local resources that are a good fit for you and your pup.

Puppy S.O.S.

30-45 minutes

Sometimes puppies are hard, and you don’t know what to do…

Whether you feel like you have a Tazmanian devil instead of a puppy, or carpets are getting ruined, or you feel like your home has been turned completely upside down, we are here to help! The goal of a Puppy S.O.S. appointment to to focus on your specific pressure points!

Express your concerns to our compassionate puppy and Receive Resolutions and plans to address your specific needs so you log off knowing you’ve got this!

Flexible scheduling

  • As few or as many times as you choose. Whether you need an individual session to get you started or if you want a puppy professional to guide your puppy-rearing path - we are here for you!

  • 8 weeks to 6 months. But if they’re over 6 months, you’re in luck! Ashley offers behavior & training services for those over 6 months here.

  • You’re in luck! Ashley offers behavior & training services for those over 6 months here.

  • Due to the nature of the sessions, we cannot offer refunds at this time except in the sole discretion of the lead consultant or associate determines that the service is not an appropriate fit or unless:

    a. The puppy experiences illness that prevents them from participating in assigned activities

    b. In the unfortunate event that the puppy must be returned/rehomed due only to complex medical or behavioral concerns.

    At which time, the unused portion of the service will be refunded back to the client's credit card.

  • You absolutely can; we encourage and help you locate them in addition to Your Puppy Place. Your Puppy Place is a direct line to a personal puppy consultant to support you in addressing the issues happening in your home.

  • Once scheduled, sessions cannot be rescheduled unless:

    a. There is a 7-day advanced notice.

    b. An illness or exposure (dog or human) prevents either from participating in the session.

    Sessions that the client cancels due to scheduling conflicts/changes with less than 7 days notice will be charged as a package use.
