Please note, once a package is purchased, we do not offer refunds except in the sole discretion of the lead consultant or associate determines that the service is not an appropriate fit or unless: a. The puppy experiences illness that prevents them from participating in assigned activities b. In the unfortunate event that the puppy must be returned/rehomed due only to complex medical or behavioral concerns. At which time, the unused portion of the service will be refunded back to the client's credit card.

In just three sessions, you’ll master puppyhood.

Session 1

1.5 hours

Whether your pup is on the way, has just arrived, or has been in your home for a while, you’ll be provided with:

  • keys to set-ups, supplies, schedules and routines.

  • solutions for potty training, biting and other puppy challenges.

  • lessons for foundation training skills.

  • support to help you integrate your pup into your life and home.

  • answers to your questions

Session 2

1 hour

Typically completed 2-4 weeks following session one, you’ll be provided with:

  • evaluation of your pup’s progress.

  • plans for safe socialization and exposure protocols - based on your pup’s needs.

  • learning to help you know and understand your pup.

  • help to identify local resources that are a good fit for you and your pup.

  • answers to your questions

Session 3

1 hour

Typically completed a few weeks following session two, you’ll be provided with:

  • assessment of your pup’s behavior and development

  • systems to keep your pup on a healthy behavior track.

  • strategies to navigate challenges

  • resolutions and plans to address your specific needs, so your log off, knowing you’ve got this!

  • The Puppy Package offers 3 sessions. However, if you need more, we also offer SOS Support Sessions. Reach out to your consultant to schedule.

  • 8 weeks to 6 months

  • You’re in luck! Ashley offers behavior & training services for those over 6 months here.

  • Due to the nature of the sessions, we cannot offer refunds at this time except in the sole discretion of the lead consultant or associate determines that the service is not an appropriate fit or unless:

    a. The puppy experiences illness that prevents them from participating in assigned activities

    b. In the unfortunate event that the puppy must be returned/rehomed due only to complex medical or behavioral concerns.

    At which time, the unused portion of the service will be refunded back to the client's credit card.

  • You absolutely can; we encourage and help you locate them in addition to Your Puppy Place. Your Puppy Place is a direct line to a personal puppy consultant to support you in addressing the issues happening in your home.

  • Once scheduled, sessions cannot be rescheduled unless:

    a. There is a 7-day advanced notice.

    b. An illness or exposure (dog or human) prevents either from participating in the session.

    Sessions that the client cancels due to scheduling conflicts/changes with less than 7 days notice will be charged as a package use.
